Welcome to Yoga and More

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE MY FIRST CLASS?
We do not wear shoes in the classroom area. We provide space in the lobby for you to leave your shoes and other items. Arrive 10 minutes early before your first class; arriving late disrupts your classmates. Please enter the studio quietly. Mention any preexisting injuries or conditions to your instructor prior to class so that you may be given helpful modifications when needed.

WHAT STYLE OF YOGA IS TAUGHT AT YOGA & MORE?
We teach Hatha yoga. Hatha Yoga is a term that means the physical type of yoga. Within the Hatha style there are numerous schools/styles of yoga. We teach a blend of different styles so that each instructor can incorporate their own personality. All of our classes include pranayama practice, a focus on body alignment, and relaxation techniques.

PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one personal training, small group training and nutrition/weight-loss counseling now available!  Please see membership info page for prices or go to the personal training page more information on these programs.
